How it works
What hourly chauffeur hire means
A transfer goes from one place to another. With hourly hire, a chauffeur and a vehicle are booked for a whole block of time, not a single journey.
The car and the chauffeur stay with you for the agreed time. You can make as many stops as you like, have the chauffeur wait outside a restaurant, or change plans along the way.
This is what we recommend for an evening with several addresses, a day of business meetings, or a trip when you do not yet know what time you will be coming back.
The choice of vehicle depends mostly on the number of people and the luggage. The V-Class seats up to seven passengers, the S-Class four, and the Range Rover Vogue five, with a taller boot than a saloon. Tell us how many of you there are and we will point you in the right direction.
By the hour
Hourly rates
Two vehicles are charged by the hour: the Mercedes V-Class and the Mercedes S-Class.
The V-Class is from 250 € an hour. The S-Class is from 310 € an hour. In both cases, there is a four-hour minimum, and twenty-five kilometres are included for every hour booked.
Beyond that mileage allowance, a supplement applies. It depends on your exact plans, and we tell you what it is before you book, never afterwards.
These are guide prices. The firm price is confirmed by quote, once we know your dates and your route.
By the day
The Range Rover Vogue package
The Range Rover Vogue with a chauffeur is sold as a package rather than by the hour.
The four-hour package is from 1 620 €, with one hundred kilometres included. The full day, ten hours, is from 3 840 €, with two hundred and fifty kilometres included.
We recommend it for a busy day with several villas or several meetings to get to. It also suits a client who needs a bigger boot than a saloon can offer.
The rest of the fleet
E-Class, V-Class VIP, Sprinter VIP: on quote
The other vehicles in the chauffeur fleet have no public price, including the E-Class, the V-Class VIP and the Sprinter VIP.
That is not an oversight. Our public price list currently covers only the V-Class, the S-Class and the Range Rover Vogue. For the others, we would rather give you an exact price than a figure that changes when the quote arrives.

Always included
What the rate includes
The rate shown covers the chauffeur, fuel and taxes. Nothing is added for these three items at the end of the service.
Also included: a meet-and-greet with a name board if the day starts with a flight, real-time tracking of that flight, and up to sixty minutes of waiting time at no extra cost.
Cancellation is free up to twenty-four hours before the service. After that, the terms are set out when you book.
The right choice
Hourly hire or a simple transfer?
A simple transfer is enough to get from the airport to the hotel, or from one address to another, with no detour planned.
Hourly hire makes sense as soon as the day has several stops: an evening that starts with dinner and ends in another part of town, a day of meetings in Cannes then Mougins, or a wedding where the chauffeur has to be on call from morning to night.
If in doubt, compare. Depending on the distances, two separate transfers on the same day can cost more or less than four hours of hourly hire. Ask us for both figures before you choose.

Planning
How to book
To draw up a firm quote, we need four things: the date, the start time, how long you need the car, and the number of passengers. The starting point and planned stops then refine the mileage estimate.
If plans change once the car is on its way, the chauffeur adapts within reason. An extra twenty-minute stop is no problem. An unplanned change of town may mean an adjustment to the price, and the chauffeur tells you before applying it.
Bookings are made by WhatsApp or by phone. We confirm the firm price before any payment, never after the service.
