We take the file end to end, from scouting the venue to the last car leaving.

In detail
The venue
A villa taken over, a yacht at anchor, a beach club, a hotel salon, a chalet. We scout, we negotiate, we check the noise and curfew constraints.
The table
Private chef or caterer, food and wine pairing, table service, equipment hired and set up.
The atmosphere
Set design, flowers, lighting, DJ or musicians, photographer. Suppliers we have watched work.
The guests
Coordinated transfers, accommodation, welcome, cloakroom, rides home at the end of the night.
On the day
Someone from the house is on site from build to breakdown. You are a guest in your own home.

What you should know
What is the minimum number of guests?
There is no threshold. Dinner for two on a boat takes as much care as an evening for a hundred, simply fewer people.
Do you work with companies?
Yes. Seminars, client evenings, incentives, hosting delegations. Company invoicing and an itemised quote.
How much time do you need?
Allow four to six weeks for a built event. We have put things together in forty-eight hours, but the choice of suppliers suffers.
