How long does it take to organise a stay ?
Forty eight hours is enough in most cases. In high season, on the Riviera in July and August or in the Alps during school holidays, allow two to three weeks to have a real choice.
Do I have to book everything through you ?
No. Some clients take only a car, others hand over the whole stay. We adapt.
How does billing work ?
A detailed quote, a deposit on booking, the balance before the service. Costs incurred on site are billed at cost at the end of the stay.
Do you deliver the vehicles ?
Yes, to the airport, the hotel, the villa or the port. Across our three territories, delivery is included in most packages.
Do you work with trade partners ?
Yes. Hotels, travel agencies, family offices and independent concierges. We run a dedicated programme with specific terms.
Are you reachable at weekends ?
Yes, without interruption. That is precisely when our clients need us most.
