Yacht charter in Monaco
Port Hercule sits a few hundred metres from most hotels in the Principality. Monaco is the one place on this coast where you can walk to your boat.
Two harbours
Where you board in the Principality
Monaco has two ports and they serve different purposes. The choice comes down to the size of the boat and the date, not to preference.
Port Hercule
The Condamine harbour
The big one: the Grand Prix and the Yacht Show harbour, walkable from Monte-Carlo. The larger yachts leave from here.

The western harbour
Quieter, better sheltered, and often more available at the height of the season. Five minutes from Port Hercule by road.

The car and the chauffeur
Parking in Monaco is not a matter of luck. We deliver the car to your address, or the chauffeur drops you at the pontoon.

Where you go from Monaco
The Principality has a rare advantage: the finest bays on the coast are under an hour away, and so is the Italian border.
Villefranche and Cap-Ferrat
Thirty to forty minutes west. The bay of Villefranche is one of the deepest in the Mediterranean and stays calm when the rest of the coast moves.
Menton and the Italian coast
Half an hour east for Menton, an hour for Ventimiglia and Bordighera. Lunch in Italy and back for the evening is the most requested day out of Monaco.
Cannes and the Lérins islands
Ninety minutes to two hours depending on the boat and the sea. Book it as a full day, never as a half day.
The calendar
Two weeks that change everything
The Grand Prix in early June and the Monaco Yacht Show in September turn the Principality into a different city. Berths are allocated months ahead, part of the harbour closes to the public, and road access is reorganised. Chartering during those weeks is entirely possible, but it does not book on the same timescale as the rest of the year.
On those dates our job is as much logistics as navigation: knowing where the chauffeur can actually drop you, what time to leave, and which gate reaches the pontoon. That is what we settle with you when you book.
The rest is arranged ashore: a car delivered to your hotel, a chauffeur on standby or a table and an entrance for the evening.
Frequently asked
Chartering a yacht in Monaco
Where exactly do we leave from?
Port Hercule or Fontvieille, depending on the boat and the berth available. If both are full you board at Cap-d’Ail or Beaulieu, ten minutes away by car, and the chauffeur takes you there.
Do I need a boat licence?
No. Every boat comes with its skipper or full crew.
Can I charter during the Grand Prix or the Yacht Show?
Yes, provided you plan months ahead. Those are the only two weeks of the year when the date matters more than the boat.
How many guests on board?
Six to thirty-six for a day cruise. Overnight capacity is lower and is listed on each boat page.
Can we leave Monaco and come back somewhere else?
Yes, on a full day: out of Port Hercule, ashore at Nice, Villefranche or Cannes, with a car waiting where you land.
