The idea
Chalet Concierge in the French and Swiss Alps
In the mountains, logistics show faster than anywhere else. A forgotten lift pass, badly fitted skis, no table to be had on a February Saturday, and the day is gone.
We cover five resorts out of Geneva, in France and in Switzerland.
What we take on
In detail
From the airport to the chalet
Transfer in equipped four-wheel drive, or helicopter when the road doubles. The car waits at the landing, skis and luggage taken care of.
The chalet
Cleaning, housekeeper, private chef, firewood brought up, cellar, groceries in before you land.
The skiing
Lift passes, equipment delivered and fitted at the chalet, private instructor, high-mountain guide, heliskiing on the Swiss side.
Tables and treatments
Mountain and village restaurants, clubs, hotel spas, a massage at the chalet at the end of the day.
Days out
Zermatt, Courmayeur through the tunnel, Lake Annecy, the Valais vineyards, Geneva for a meeting.

What you should know
Do you operate on both sides of the border?
Yes. Courchevel, Megève and Chamonix in France, Verbier and Crans-Montana in Switzerland. The regulatory side is our concern.
Do we have to book the chalet through you?
No. We work in your chalet, whether rented elsewhere or owned.
When should we arrange it?
Several weeks for Christmas and February: chalets, instructors and helicopter slots go early. A few days is enough for the rest of the season.
