Choosing your part of the peninsula
Twenty minutes of driving separates areas that feel nothing alike. This is the first decision to make.
Saint-Tropez and Les Salins
Walking distance, or a few minutes, from the village and the port. The right choice if you go out in the evening and want short journeys. Les Salins adds a beach without the Pampelonne crowd.
Ramatuelle and Pampelonne
Close to the beaches and the beach clubs. Quieter by day, busier by night: this is where a chauffeur genuinely changes the stay.
Gassin, Grimaud and inland
Larger grounds, cooler nights in August, and prices that do not follow the same curve. Fifteen to twenty-five minutes from the village.
During the stay
The villa is only the starting point
A villa rented on its own leaves everything else to organise. We take over from there: the chef for the first evening, daily housekeeping, a house manager, security where the property calls for it, and the shopping done before you land.
Then comes the day itself: a car delivered to the villa, a chauffeur for the Pampelonne evenings, a day at sea in the gulf, and the restaurant and beach bookings that are hard to get directly in season.
One person follows your file, before and during the stay. That is the difference between a rental and a house that is actually run.
Frequently asked
Renting a villa in Saint-Tropez
When should I book?
The best July and August properties go during the winter, usually between January and March. After April the choice is whatever cancellations release. For June or September, two months is normally enough.
What is the minimum stay?
A week, Saturday to Saturday, in July and August. Off season, shorter stays are possible depending on the property.
Is staff included?
It depends on the villa. Some come with their own team, others do not. Chef, daily housekeeping, house manager and security are added on request and appear on the quote.
Do I need a car?
Yes, unless you are staying in the village itself. Pampelonne, Ramatuelle and Gassin have no serious public transport, and taxis are scarce at the hours you want to go home.
How long is the drive from Nice airport?
An hour and a half in normal conditions, up to three hours on a Saturday in August. Our chauffeurs track your flight and leave according to real traffic.
