What a villa rental with us includes

You are not simply handed a set of keys. Our concierge desk stays reachable 24/7 for the whole stay: restaurant and beach club bookings, last-minute tables, access to the season’s events, provisioning before you arrive, and introductions to any supplier you want to add: chef, house staff, security.

Many of our guests complete the stay with a prestige car, a chauffeur for evenings out, or a day at sea aboard a yacht. All of it is booked through the same person.

Choosing the right villa

In Saint-Tropez: the largest capacities. Villa Carlitos sleeps twenty-two, Villa Carla twenty across two independent structures, Villa Coachella eighteen with a private spa and professional kitchen, and Villa Tahiti sixteen, a short walk from Tahiti beach. These are the addresses for large families and groups of friends.

In Cannes: the view and the proximity to the Croisette. Villa Californie and Villa Caribbean look out over the bay from La Californie, Villa Amelia from the hills. Twelve guests each: the right size for the Festival, MIPIM, or a family week ten minutes from the Palais.

In Mougins: the quiet of the back country without the distance. Villa Mougins PSL, inside a secured private estate, is twenty minutes from Cannes and fifteen from Antibes.

Booking

Availability and rates depend on the period. Send us your dates, the number of guests and what you are looking for, and we will come back with a proposal. A deposit is taken at booking. Deposit and cancellation terms are set out in the quote before anything is confirmed.

In July and August, and during the Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix, the best properties go several months ahead. For those windows, write to us early.
