The historic villa quarter of Cannes. Views over the bay and the Lérins islands, complete quiet, and the Croisette five minutes away by car.
Hills and Mougins
The opposite of town
More land, more privacy, usually larger pools. A quarter of an hour from the centre, with the village of Mougins for dinner.

The house
Daily housekeeping, resident chef, butler, security. Depending on the property, some of it is already included.
Getting around
A car delivered to the villa, or a chauffeur at your disposal. The hillside villas are not liveable without a vehicle.
The sea
A day on a yacht leaving from Cannes, fifteen minutes from the villa. It is the most requested combination.
Neighbourhoods
Choosing your neighbourhood in Cannes
In Cannes the address matters as much as the house. Five minutes by car changes the nature of the stay entirely.
La Californie
The hills immediately above the Croisette: plunging sea views, large grounds, five minutes from the hotels and the Palais. The most sought-after address during the Film Festival, and the first to go.
Super Cannes and Croix des Gardes
Higher up, quieter, often more land for the same budget. You accept ten minutes down into town, which costs nothing when a chauffeur is on hand.
Mougins
Fifteen minutes from Cannes, among the pines and olive trees. Discretion, golf, the restaurants of the old village. The right choice for a family or a long stay, less so if you want to be out on the Croisette every evening.
Waterfront properties
Rare in Cannes itself, more common towards Théoule and Cap d’Antibes. These houses are booked very far ahead and are rarely available at short notice.

What comes with the house
Household staff
Daily housekeeping, a housekeeper, a caretaker depending on the property. Some villas include staff, others offer it as an option: we make that clear in the quote, not on arrival.
Chef and dining
A private chef for an evening or for the stay, shopping done, service and clean-up included. Plus restaurant, beach club and evening bookings when you go out.
Car, boat, security
A car with or without a chauffeur at the door, a day at sea out of Cannes, a security agent if the stay calls for one. All coordinated by the same person.
How far ahead should you book?
For July and August, allow three to six months: the stock of villas in Cannes is limited and the best addresses are re-let year after year to the same families. For the Film Festival in May, owners decide as early as January. Out of season, a fine house stays available at two or three weeks’ notice.
How does booking work?
A shortlist of two or three properties matching your dates, bedroom count and budget, then a seasonal rental contract, a deposit and a security deposit returned after the inventory. Nothing unusual: what changes is that someone stays reachable during the stay.
Are events allowed?
That depends entirely on the property and the neighbours. Tell us at the outset if you are planning a reception: we will only propose houses where it is possible, rather than letting you discover the restriction on site.

Renting a villa in Cannes
When should you book?
For July and August, from winter onwards, between January and March. During the Film Festival the best properties sometimes go a year ahead. For June or September, two months is usually enough.
How many guests?
Up to 12 guests depending on the property, with 6 bedrooms at most. Beyond that we combine two neighbouring villas.
Is staff included?
It depends on the villa. Some come with their own team, others do not. We tell you before booking, not after.
Can you host an event?
Yes, subject to the owner’s agreement and the number of guests. Tell us what you have in mind and we will tell you what is possible.
