On Chemin de Sainte-Anne in Saint-Tropez, Villa Coachella sits on 5,000 sq m of flat grounds and offers 700 sq m of living space. Nine bedrooms of 25 to 60 sq m, each with an en-suite bathroom fitted with both a shower and a bath, sleep eighteen. Three of them occupy the lower level beside the sauna, forming a secluded wing. The private spa brings together a hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, cold plunge and relaxation lounges. There is also a cinema room, Sonos sound throughout and home automation controlled from an iPad. For entertaining, a fully equipped designer kitchen is backed by a 50 sq m professional kitchen in the basement. Outside: a 30-metre pool, 400 sq m of terraces and a pool house.
