Overlooking the bay of Cannes from the heights of La Californie, this contemporary villa of Californian and Caribbean inspiration occupies a gated 2,850 sq m property, minutes from the town centre, the Croisette beaches and the Palais des Festivals. Five hundred square metres over two levels: six en-suite bedrooms, a triple sea-view reception combining living room, media area and dining room, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a wellness area with gym, billiards and arcade games. Outside, terraces laid out as lounges, a dining corner with barbecue and sun decks surround an infinity pool with jacuzzi, at the heart of an enclosed tropical garden. South-west facing, reversible air conditioning, wifi and house service with a personal assistant.
