A 37-metre Couach 3700 Fly delivered in 2020, based at Golfe-Juan. Millesime puts food at the centre: chef Alice Garcia works on board and writes the menu. Five cabins, each with its own bathroom, three doubles and two twins. They sleep ten guests, twelve under way, and the boat takes up to seventy people alongside. Six crew, stabilisers, a jacuzzi on deck and Starlink connectivity. Transfers and excursions are made in a Mercedes V-Class, and a ten-metre tender takes twelve people out to explore the coast. Full inventory: two underwater scooters, an e-foil, an Awake electric surfboard, a jet ski, a flyboard on request, a sea pool, paddleboards and kayaks. Cruising at 14 knots, 28 flat out.

In detail

Chef & équipage dédié

Millesime in practice

Beyond thirty-five metres you are not chartering a boat but an organisation: full crew, chef on board, tenders and water toys, and an itinerary prepared weeks in advance.

The specification lists 12 guests under way, 10 berths, 5 cabins. The figure that matters is the daytime one: it is the number of people seated in the shade, not the number who can stand on deck. She was built by Guy Couach in 2020.

Where you leave from, and where you go

The departure port is agreed with you: Cannes, Golfe-Juan, Juan-les-Pins, Antibes or Saint-Tropez, depending on where the boat is and where you are staying.

At this size the day can stretch to Monaco or Saint-Tropez without anyone finding the passage long, and a week opens up Corsica and Sardinia.

What is settled before departure?

The itinerary, the stopovers, the provisioning and your preferences at table. On a weekly charter these decisions are taken in advance with the captain, not on the morning you board.

How far ahead should we book?

In July and August the good boats go several months out. Outside peak season a few weeks is usually enough.

Can the itinerary change during the week?

Yes, and it almost always does. The captain has the final say based on the weather and the sea state: that is his responsibility, and it is what makes the week enjoyable.

Is the skipper included?

Yes. Depending on the size of the boat you sail with a professional skipper or a full crew. The detail is set out in the quote.

Can we go out for half a day?

Yes. Day charter is built for a half day or a full day, towards the Lérins islands or Cap d’Antibes.

Can we board in Cannes if the boat is based in Antibes?

Yes. Most of our boats sleep at Juan-les-Pins or Golfe-Juan and can pick you up in Cannes if that suits you better. Just say so when booking.
